The fatal explosion at Phetchabun tourist attraction Phu Tab Berk village on Sunday was designed to target officials tasked with overseeing the demolition of illegally built resorts on forestland this week, Royal Forestry Department deputy chief Atthapol Charoenchansa said on Monday.
